The future is looking bright in Texas! RenewableWorks is now accepting applications for an exciting new solar project in the Lubbock area. Whether you're a seasoned solar professional or aspiring first-timer, we'd love for you to join our crew!
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for assembling, installing, moving and maintaining solar systems and other structures in compliance with site assessments and schematics. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.
Heads up: This is a physically demanding role that will require you to work in all kinds of weather. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

Job Responsibilities
- Electrical Maintenance both preventative and general
- Troubleshooting
- General labor
- Tasks will involve excessive walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, standing, lifting throughout entire shift
Job Requirements
- Working outdoor weather conditions, rain, heat or cold
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
- MUST have reliable transportation
- Solar and/or construction site experience is a plus
- While tools will be provided onsite, please come ready with steel or composite-toed boots and hot/cold weather gear
- Attention to performance details
- This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well
- Hard working and dependable

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $28.00 - $28.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not
limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when
making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work,
and internal pay alignment, as needed.
Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be
reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a
contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
