The future is looking bright in Texas! RenewableWorks is now accepting applications for an exciting new solar project in the Corsicana areas. Whether you're a seasoned solar admin professional or aspiring first-timer, we'd love for you to join our crew! 

As a member of our team, you'll be supporting a remote solar project and responsible for assisting the Field Service Manager Team with day-to-day tasks, making the project run efficiently and smoothly. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.  

A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 / hr

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with clocking employees in and out daily
  • Prepare and distribute project specific daily reports
  • Filing paperwork
  • Track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory
  • Support Field Service Manager at orientation including distribution of PPE
  • Monitor and track office supplies
  • Make calls to missing employees and track attendance
  • Daily cleanup and upkeep of the office work space
  • Support field office when Field Service Manager is not available
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk and listen for long periods of time

Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age with valid ID
  • Resume ready to submit to recruiter
  • Construction or solar experience a plus, not a must
  • Confident in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Capable of lifting 10-25 lbs
  • Able to work in all kinds of weather, steel or composite toed boots and cold/hot weather gear are your requirement
  • Able to meet additional screening requirements if applicable
  • Willing to work long days with potential weekend work
  • Up to 6 months duration
  • Attention to performance details
  • This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well
  • Hard working and dependable

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
