As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for above/below ground solar wiring, modules, and terminators. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.
Headsup: This is a physically demanding role that will require you to work in all kinds of weather. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

Job Responsibilities
- Removal of failed central inverters at 3 existing locations
- Replace all premounted string inverters to newly fabricated A-Frame structures
- Mountin AC Combiner Subpanels to include frame, structures and inverters
- Cable terminators
- Install grounding transformers
- Install mini power zone to inverter structures at existing SCADA control panel
- Create new foundations
- Knowledge and management of existing DC feeders to inverters
- Install new AC Conductors from inverter to AC Subpanel and terminated at low voltage
- Relocate meteorological stations
- Comprehend and adhere to all company policy Safe Work practices
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 Year Apprentice experience is best applicant
- Skid Steer Operator experience a bonus but not required
- Have tools of the trade and be able to bring them to job with you
- References to verify your professional skills and experience - A resume
- Able to lift up to 50+ lbs and remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Reliable and able to work the assigned shift
- Steel or Composite toed boots and hot/cold weather gear are your requirement
- This work is not for the faint of heart - hard work, strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $24.00 - $30.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not
limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when
making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work,
and internal pay alignment, as needed.
Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be
reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a
contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
