We're currently looking for LOCALS to Spring Grove and surrounding towns. If you, or anyone you know, are within 30 miles - WE WANT YOU!
As a member of our team, you'll be supporting a remote solar project and responsible for assisting the on-site leadership with day-to-day tasks, making the project run efficiently and smoothly. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.
Heads up: This role will require you to work in all kinds of weather. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining all office environments and managing office inventory
- Daily cleanup and upkeep of the office work space and other appointed facilities
- Handling 3rd part vendors such as plumbers, water suppliers, garbage removal, office deliveries and shipping
- Providing updates to all departments
- Supporting creation of documents, folders and manuals to support site disciplines
- Assist with clocking employees in and out daily
- Prepare and distribute project specific daily reports
- Filing, copying, scanning and printing of paperwork
- Understanding databases (filing and sharing)
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk and listen for long periods of time
Job Requirements
- 18 years of age with valid Driver's License
- Resume ready to submit to recruiter
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Construction or solar experience a plus, not a must
- Confident in Microsoft capabilities to include Outlook, Excel and Word
- Capable of lifting 10-25 lbs
- Able to work in all kinds of weather, steel or composite toed boots and cold/hot weather gear are your requirement
- Able to meet additional screening requirements if applicable
- Willing to work long days with potential weekend work
- Attention to performance details
- This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well
- Hard working and dependable

- Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not
limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when
making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work,
and internal pay alignment, as needed.
Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be
reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a
contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
