The future is looking bright in Texas! RenewableWorks is now accepting applications for an Office Cleaner position in the Pearsall area. Whether you're a seasoned professional or aspiring first-timer, we'd love for you to join our crew!

We're currently looking for locals to Pearsall and surrounding towns. If you, or anyone you know, are within 30 miles - WE WANT YOU!

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for all general office cleaning and maintenance. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy offices and units that run our comercial solar farm sites. 

Heads up: This is a physically demanding role. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

Pay: $31.25 - $31.25 / hr

Job Responsibilities

  • Office Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Tasks will involve excessive walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, standing, lifting throughout entire shift
  • Sweeping and mopping
  • Cleaning all restrooms
  • Dusting and wiping all counter surfaces
  • Cleaning, shaking out floor and door mats
  • Trash removal

Job Requirements

  • All cleaning supplies will be provided
  • Must be able to lift up to 25+ lbs
  • MUST have reliable transportation
  • Attention to performance details
  • This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well
  • Able to meet additional screening requirements when applicable
  • Hard working and dependable

  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $31.25 - $31.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
