Quarterly Solar Star Spotlight 

Each quarter, we select a standout team member for the Solar Star Spotlight. This recognition goes beyond an award. It’s a chance for solar professionals to share their story. Solar Star recipients are featured for their achievements, career journeys and what motivates them to build a future in renewable energy.  

Annual Solar of Excellence Award 

At the end of each year, we recognize one solar professional who truly embodies the spirit of Powering a Brighter Future™. The Solar of Excellence Award is our highest form of recognition, honoring someone whose performance, leadership and commitment to safety set a standard for others.
